Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing any product or service offered by One Easy Software you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our products or services.
Products & Services
One Easy Software offers software access, training, and done-for-you services for nonprofit organizations. All products and services are described in detail on our website at oneeasysoftware.com.
Mission Growth Suite
The Mission Growth Suite is a monthly subscription product billed at either $147/mo or $122/mo when purchased at the same time as the Nonprofit Starter Suite. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
One Easy Software offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on the Nonprofit Starter Suite. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 90 days of purchase we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at [email protected]. The Mission Growth Suite monthly subscription is refundable within the first 30 days of the initial purchase only. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable
Onboarding Call
Your Nonprofit Starter Suite purchase includes one 30-minute onboarding call with Jeremy Waldridge. This call must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Calls not scheduled within this period are forfeited. A pre-call video will be sent to you after scheduling your onboarding call.
Mission Crafted Solutions
Done-for-you services are custom projects with pricing based on scope of work. All done-for-you projects are outlined in a separate service agreement prior to commencement. Fees for done-for-you services are non-refundable once work has begun.
SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications from One Easy Software you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy at oneeasysoftware.com/privacy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and software provided by One Easy Software are the intellectual property of One Easy Software and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
One Easy Software is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Changes to Terms
One Easy Software reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at oneeasysoftware.com/terms. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
